Asked about prior experience and if I would be okay with work standards. Pretty basic interview. No behavioral questions were asked. Just are you okay with dealing with unhappy customers.

It was very relaxed. Very casual conversation and they are just trying to see if you are a team player. It did not last that long, maybe 15-20min. Very clear about the pay.
Interview was super quick. Had to wait a couple minutes for manager. Mainly focused on describing the job role and about a training period and what to expect. I did not have to answer that many questions.
