It was a very easy process and well organized. The entire process from scheduling the interview to actually going to the interview was all easy. The company wants the best for their company as well as their employees, and are not just going to hire anybody.

What kind of experience do you have that would better the company?
Open interview with basic questions about restaurant experience and availability. Asked about leadership experience when they offered me the manager position but mostly awarded on merit. Overall a very easy process.

The hiring process was simple, 3 sheets of paperwork and an attached direct deposit slip. The interview was direct about the store and short. The store was slow at the time so we had time to look at how the employees worked.
