Interview
The interview process was very very very..very easy. The women who interviewed me asked me questions about myself, previous work experience, and different situations that I would then have to give a solution to. Every question was very straightforward and simple. My interview was at 12:00 in the afternoon and I arrived about 10-15 minutes early. But past those 15 minutes I ended waiting almost and hour and a half in order to get my interview because the women who was interviewing me was the only one working.. when the interview was over she told me that either herself or another manager will call her for my 2nd interview the next day at 9am. (She gave me the location of the second interview as well) I never got a call from either of them so I did end up driving around 30-45 minutes to the 2nd interview at a different store. I arrived around 9:00-9:10 and actually ended up waiting around 45 minutes to almost an hour for the manager to show up. She seemed very bored and uninterested in anything that was going on around her. She would not make any eye contact with me whatsoever which I thought was very strange.. I did end up getting the job but I also work part-time at Target so I told her I would think about the offer as well as try to work around my Target schedule. Later that day I got a call from the first women that interviewed me and she asked when I could start and I told her the same thing I did the other women. I told her I would give her an answer by Monday afternoon and I then heard mumbling on the phone and she hung up on me. So overall my take on this job and the interview experience is very unprofessional, rude, lackadaisical and poorly managed. If you live in Nevada the pay for this job is 8.25. But if you are in dire need for a job I recommend to dress very nice and modest, bring a resume, and a good attitude.

Lasted about fifteen minutes and the conversation was flowing naturally. Very laidback and interviewer was nice and interested in actually getting to know you. Also very sweet and understanding of your schedule.
