I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Truist (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
Received an email requesting a screener, accepted ad scheduled. Upon starting the zoom interview, the interview kicked off within 30 seconds of starting the call so I recommend being on point and not being surprised if it starts all business and no pleasantries. After the conversation the recruiter was extremely helpful and warm and explained the role etc, and informed me on the spot I would be proceeding to the next round. Screener questions were all usual suspects, why do you want to, tell me about a time when (a lot of these), why Truist, etc. Super day was a 6 hour long day with 60+ participants, and involved a case study and 2 back to back interviews, the first of which involves defending your case study and answering questions about it. Was informed I would be notified within a couple weeks, which was the case. Great experience overall and some of the nicest/most genuine people out of any of my 10+ other interviews, took about a month plus from first email to offer.

Interview
Smooth interview with basic but deep questions, Questions asked were mainly behavioral, not so much technical. Just come prepared with previous work experience and be able to communicate what you did well.
First round is online you get 3 tries to record yourself answering questions. There is a test mode option to practice getting used to recording yourself. The recording had a time limit of 1 minute.
They contacted me wishing to conduct an interview and rescinded the offer after I responded to their initial email prior to the interview. Outrageous lack of communication on their part.
