I had three interviews over the course of one month (one with the recruiter and two with management). I was very excited about the role after the interviews, and judging from how they went (along with the recruiter’s emails afterwards), I thought that I would get an offer. Unfortunately, I was completely “ghosted” afterwards. The recruiter kept me on the hook for over a month after my final interview and eventually said that she had no direction on the future of the role. I wish they had the courtesy of letting me know one way or the other after I took time off work on three separate occasions. Either way, I liked everyone I met and the interviews were very pleasant and conversational.
