Turner Construction interview questions

I successfully cleared both interview rounds, leveraging my strong and relevant professional experience. My background aligned well with the role's requirements, enabling me to confidently demonstrate my technical knowledge and project management expertise.

I applied and got the initial interview, didnt even get to talk to someone who knew the trade that well. They asked me some basic questions i dont really remember anymore but even though I am well qualified for this position I dont think I did the best in the interview. I feel like they wanted to hire someone who wanted less money. Maybe they judged me for having long hair, i know construction office people can be like that.
