Question 1
How did you handle a time when you and a coworker didnt see eye to eye
I applied online and less than a week later, had a phone interview. The interview went well except for when they mentioned the position would be 75-90% travel. I'm not sure why they wouldn't mention that in the job posting. I wouldn't have wasted all of our time if I'd known that. I'm open to travel, but being a 'road warrior' is an essential mindset for the position, and should have been disclosed in the online job posting.

None of the questions were difficult - just the typical 'What is your training style?' and "Tell me about your previous positions."
