      Client Support Manager Interview

      Oct 6, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Jacksonville, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2022

      Interview

First step was a prescreen phone interview with Recruiter. Second step was a phone interview with 2 of the hiring managers, both declined to turn on their camera. Therefore, it was a very awkward experience. However, I felt the interview still went well. I was advised that I would hear from someone within a week of the interview. However, I was ghosted and have not heard from anyone. My follow up emails/phone calls to the recruiter have gone unanswered. **Not a good look, so proceed with caution
