Interview
I applied on 12/14/17 and on Mid January 2018 they called me to schedule an interview. The interview took place just a few days later. This was a panel interview which consist of two supervisor and one biller. The interview was about 30 minutes long and has a set of 10 behavioral questions. There were a few questions related to the job itself. The three ladies were really nice and joking throughout the interview and that is the reason why I felt confident and was not nervous however I did feel that my answer could of been better. After the interview was done, the next day I received a skill survey thru email which I had to provide them with 5 reference to take an assessment about me. I completed that portion and just a few days later, they called to offer me the position over the phone. A few hours later, I received an email to submit my background check form and to complete my physical evaluation. As of right now, I do not know my start date just yet as I need to complete those two step first however i have no problem on the background check and I have no problem with the physical evaluation. Overall, this was a long waiting process however it is so worth it. I heard nothing but great things about UC Davis and not only that, UC Davis is close by my house. From Sutter to UC Davis!!!
