Interview
I had an interview on a medical unit. The manager and assistant manager were very nice throughout. There wasn't much of a discussion, it was pretty much question-answer, question-answer, which I didn't really like. Also, they took a lot longer to make their decision than they told me during the interview.

The interview was 30 minutes long with behavioral and clinical questions. Behavioral questions were mostly situational. Clinical questions have scenarios to prompt you what you are gonna do first and your next steps.

Applied, got my application routed to the nurse manager of the floor I precepted on. Got an interview and got the references checklist a few days after. Ended up not getting the job in the end I guess

It was hard interview! I had interview at NICU department and they asked me some very specific questions about babies which I didn’t expect at all. Make sure you know some life saving skills for newborns!
