One in-person interview. Response quickly after few days. Then skill survey. Drug screen. Nice staff. Amazing hospital. Very lucky to get into there. If you have clinical rotation there, that’s a huge benefit. Be confident and honest.
Panel interview with about 5 people over zoom did not give much feedback after each question went on to next , round robin, multiple questions a lot scenario based , some critical thinking, example you showed cultural competence, interpret ABG,
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UC Davis Health (Sacramento, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Within 2 weeks of applying I received an interview. Interview process was quick. I received an email saying I was selected for a panel interview and it would be in 4 days. HR and recruiting has severe lack of communication. They didn’t answer a single phone call, voicemail, or email. I have NEVER experienced a large company with such a failure of a HR department. I had to reach out to them to gather interview information when it should be the other way around. Basic interview questions just horrible HR and recruiting team. Remember how they treat you during your interview reflects how they’ll treat you during employment, I declined the offer.
