Within 2 weeks of applying I received an interview. Interview process was quick. I received an email saying I was selected for a panel interview and it would be in 4 days. HR and recruiting has severe lack of communication. They didn’t answer a single phone call, voicemail, or email. I have NEVER experienced a large company with such a failure of a HR department. I had to reach out to them to gather interview information when it should be the other way around. Basic interview questions just horrible HR and recruiting team. Remember how they treat you during your interview reflects how they’ll treat you during employment, I declined the offer.

I applied Online, through the uc davis health website. Went through the new grad residency program for the operating room training program. In person interview, all notifications were through email.
