No phone screen, no personal call discussing the job description- just an email invite to remote interview. 3 panels total 2.5 hours. Formal, robotic, standard questions from a script. Didn’t feel valued as a candidate. Ghosted, nothing after 6 weeks. Not sure i would have accepted an offer if I received one. Won’t apply again.
