The interview process was a panel of 5 interviewees to 2 employers. They took turns asking each person a question for 3-4 rounds. Questions ranged form leadership to skills to personality.
in-person group interview, standard basic questions, hear back results in a week after the group interview. some questions include: "where do you see yourself in 5 years", "how will this role help you get to where you want to be", etc.

-group interview with 3 people and we were interviewed by two student managers in a conference room. overall not much pressure since they were also students, but make sure you still dress semi formally (friendly but still a little strict). we each took turns answering a different question. they also gave us more info about the next step in the hiring process.
