This position is for students currently at UCLA. Since the program was recently established in 2010, I was one of the first people hired so I only had one interview. The interview consisted about knowledge about the program, your interest in working for an MBA program that deals with the Americas. This position requires you to be bilingual in Spanish and English since you will be dealing with students, professors and faculty who speak Spanish and Portuguese.
