15 minute phone screen, then hour Skype interview since I was out of town. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Questions were fair, not too tough. Process was fairly quick, I heard back within 2 weeks of the first interview.

Talk about an experience that put you out of your comfort zone, why are you glad you decided to do that?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UKG (Weston, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typical online application followed by a phone screen with a recruiter. If you're a good fit you'll be interviewed fairly quickly. The engineering recruiting team is fast, efficient, and thorough. Your interview experience will vary based on the team. Mine was all behavioral and felt like a therapy session. I was in Talent, so I know that the recruiting team wants to streamline the process and have one concise experience for candidates but management is very antiquated and wants to stick to what they know. If you're interviewing for a BA in Dev you'll have a great experience - they have a great process!
