Interview process was a typical interview process, but was also very disorganized. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me well informed through the process, but it seemed like a lot of last minute changes were made to the process. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. After interviewing with the hiring manager, I interviewed with their manager. The final interview was on-site with the hiring manager, a member of the team and then the hiring manager's manager and a VP. However, after the final interview, I was notified of the new requirement that a technical interview was required. The technical was straightforward, although there were some difficulties in getting me the file, during the interview.
The process moved very quickly and most of the questions were behavioral, However, the requirements of the role changed last minute, where it was determined the role needed to be hired at a level above what it was originally posted at.
