Recruiter scheduled a phone interview first after I had applied online. He called me 15 minutes late, I wish I had never answered to avoid the long enduring process that was yet to come. We talked and he saved himself by describing the position and it sounded like a great fit for me, so I continued on with the process. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager about 3 weeks later. It went very well and he called on time. I had to take a personality test at some point as well. Probably another 2 weeks after that, I got contacted to come into the Kronos location in Lowell for an in person interview. It ended up getting rescheduled due to weather. The interview went great. Some technical questions and some personality questions. I interviewed with 4 different people, one of them didn't know my name and was eating the entire time during the interview, one of them didn't have any questions and really just conversed with me the entire time, and the hiring manager re-asked most questions we had already went over on the phone, or questions I had already answered for the 1st or 2nd person I had interviewed with that day. I emailed the recruiter the day after the interview to ask when I could expect to hear back from him. He never answered the email. I called a week after that and he said he had intended on calling me that day. He said that they were not moving on because my answers did not match the workflow at Kronos, but that my skill set was exactly what they were looking for and that my interview went great. So really, it was a bogus response and a huge waste of my time.
