I first met the recruiter during my university's Spring career fair. The campus recruiter was very friendly and informative and provided insight to the careers/opportunities offered. I handed off my resume and she stated that she would email me soon. After a week or so, she contacted me to set up a phone interview where she gathered information about my background AND asked me what my career goals were so that she could tailor an appropriate internship based on my needs and wants. A week or so proceeding the phone screen, I was invited to interview with the manager and director of the position. The questions asked were a mix between technical and behavioral (there was no white boarding).
