Interview process process was really good, My kronos interview journey started from Singapore so for this there was first challenge for me to go through with all interview process on phones calls and video calls and second challenge was Covid 19 situtation (from the first round of process till end of joining , I was worried due to Covid 19 which can be impact on kronos hiring process) . but much appreciate and much thanks to India recruiting team , they handled/managed every single interview process timely and also my lots of query . I have went through 3 rounds in my whole journey of interview First one was technical round that was conducted on video call and I got result of this round with in 4-5 days . Second round was also technical cum managerial round that was also conducted on video call and i got result in next day third round was hr discussion that was conducted in next to next day. and i got offer with in same day. all 3 process was really really fast you know why because in the Covid situation I was not expecting like this response from India recruiting team , really every time when I was hearing any news for lock down extend in Covid 19 situation , the team always available for me to answer my query because most of time i was afraid for my joining lots of question was coming in mind , how i will join company because there is going lock down in Singapore as well as India , and no flight was scheduled for Singapore to Delhi. but again thanks to kronos , thanks to India recruiting team , finally they resolve this problem and they provide me virtual joining in this situation and i joined online and start work using VDI machine.
