The feedbacks were prompt but there is so much misunderstanding and the HR does not tend to understand the candidates well. I found the HRs to be rude. Just because you offer benefits with your packages doesnt mean you have the right to treat the candidates badly. I cleared initial rounds with exceptionally great feedbakcs but i was rejected in last one even though i answered everything well which i ofcourse cross checked from the internet later. The last round was taken by the Director who was sitting abroad and she did not know how to make the other person feel comfortable. For every answer of mine she seemed angry for no good reason even though i kept giving her a smile through out. She had actually decided to reject me even before the interview started. In that case She should not have wasted either of ours time. Sorry but the candidate must be having something in him/her to have got wonderful feedbacks in their previous rounds. May be some internal politics or god knows what issues. I got a better package (35%more than what UKG was offering later though ) which is obviously better than UKG.
