Interview
Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition team, then more detailed interview with departmental director. Overall communication was good and everyone was friendly and calls via Teams went Ok (although did get cut off a couple of times during second meeting).
Was told third round would be with group of team managers, however didn't get invited to that and was rejected after second round saying although they felt I would be a good personal fit they didn't consider I had enough experience for the job.
I must admit I found this difficult to understand as I had previously worked for Kronos in a support managment role and had only been away from the business for a few years. Many of the staff I recruited myself were still there so would have been able to vouch for my credentials, but for whatever reason it wasn't to be.

It was a great and smooth interview process. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Helaine. Love the benefits that this employer offers. Did not get the offer this time but am still interested in working here.
