I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNICEF in Oct 2021
Interview
I have applied online through UNICEF's job site where I have had to complete an application form, essentially uploading the information of my CV to this platform. I have been contacted 1 month later for an invitation for a written test. It was a competency-based written test sent via scheduled email with 4 questions all related to only one specific field of Human Resources and only one part of the tasks related to the position as per the job description. I was given 1 hour and 15 minutes to review the questions and respond. The questions were very specific to the organizations' recruitment policies and were difficult. The evaluation of the test took another 3 weeks.
