No internal interview process it's terrible. They are supposed to create a job posting to allow all to enter but they are biased and chose whoever they want without creating a job listing and sneak people in a position. It's cheap and shady.

Several interview sessions with upper management. A lot of scenario based situations. Asked some of the same questions but worded differently. Really relaxing setting and comfortable. Got almost immediate feedback
