Initial interview on college campus. A few weeks later called for a visit to San Antonio. Dinner the night before. Stayed at a really nice hotel in downtown San Antonio. The morning of they bussed us to the headquarters. don't be late for the bus they mark you down as being late. Ate breakfast and heard some speakers. Took the whole group into a larger room where they broke us into pairs. We had to solve a puzzle and then assigned a new partner for an innovation exercise. You and your partner sit with a couple USAA employees who take notes on your interaction. These two events take about an hour. After you are picked up by two seasoned employees who you haven't interacted with yet and they take you to a room for an hour-long interview. The questions were similar to the ones you hear in the on-campus interview.
