Pros

Love being there for the members. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Micromanagement Executive management doesn't listen to their managers or adjusters. No trust in employees to make decisions. Quality is constantly nitpicking files. You're not allowed to make any mistakes before getting put improvement plan. Adjusters literally crying in meetings because of the stress. High turnover so be ready to take on your peers messy claims then get scolded for not keeping up. Your reviews are all about surveys and quality even if quality only does one review of the hundreds of claims you handle you'll end up off track.
