      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2018

      Interview

The process truly was very simple, quick and easy. I filled out the application and was required to take an assessment with t a typing test and personality questions. Then I was later notified for a phone interview. The interview part was so quick and easy, I think i was asked maybe one question and the recruiter mostly talked about the position itself. After the phone interview the recruiter asked me to come in and meet with the manager onsite. I met with him and he asked me 4 behavioral questions. He asked me questions about my previous work experience and why i chose USAA. He went over EVERYTHING about the job and everything it details. He prepared me for what to expect, as far as heavy workload and the calls that will be back to back. He made sure that he set up my expectations of how the call center worked. I was very appreciative of him doing that, because he gave me the opportunity to back away if it wasn't for me. He was very enthusiastic about the company. At the end of the interview, he told me the recruiter would call me within a week to let me know if i would move forward or not, literally 2 hours the recruiter called me back and told me they wanted to move forward with me. He sent me emails for my background check with HireRight and I had to complete a drug test within 5 days as well. It was a very simple, straightforward experience.

      Interview

Phone interview, lasted approximately 1 hour. Interview asked questions about customer service and previous job experience. Got a well overview of the job. After the interview was over I was offered an interview with the hiring manager. Interview with the hiring manager was a face to face interview with a gentleman on conference call. Interview went well and received a phone call a few days later with an offer.
