A lot of information was passed about the job, training, schedule etc. I was asked to describe a time I had to deal with a difficult customer and what I thought would be a challenge for me with the position. This was the initial interview and a second interview with a manager was scheduled. This interview lasted approximately 20 minutes.

Interview
They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.
