Not much info given on the position was more of a sell yourself to me in 30 minutes. Next step was to meet with 2 teammates (would be peers) as a panel interview for 45 minutes. They took turns asking me behavioural questions while the other took notes typing on their computers. While I enjoyed the conversation with the hiring manager, the peer panel interview was cold and felt more like an inquisition rather than a interview where both parties are courting the other.
