Was a referral . Applied on line. Waiting sometime for the recruiter to call . Did a phone interview then was told the next step was with the hiring manager.

The interview was fantastic...very professional. Second and third interview scheduled consecutive days. Questions relevant to position, final interview with Director of facility. Tour of facility very nice for applicant. Offer followed immediately. I had no idea until the final interview the position was with Temp to hire agency. They discussed benefits, growth potential, discounts, bonuses etc, all not applicable to Temps I found out later.
