Interview
I received an email about being chosen for a one way, digital interview as the first step in UniFirst's hiring process. It was like a one way Skype. There were 4 or 5 video questions (with a 3 minute response maximum time limit and approximately 30 seconds after the question flashed on the screen to record your video response.) There was then one "written" question. That was the part that annoyed me. After all the thought I put into the video responses, I anticipated the written question would be to ascertain my literacy skills. Nope - it was "What is your salary expectation?"
3 interviews. Asked questions about background and commitment. 3rd interview was 10 minutes. I was new to the industry so there was not a lot of technical questions. The third interview felt like a waste of time and more of a test to see how committed I was.

Interview
Interview process was great until the end. Never received any call back for denial. Tried to follow up just for feedback and was completely ignored. You would think a company of their size would have a better denial process in place instead of ghosting candidates that made it far in the process.

Interview
This was a very good interview process. They don’t hire just anyone, very purposeful. It’s a 5-step process. Multiple zoom interviews, then a ride along, then one last final interview
