I applied on line with a Resume. I was contacted by the General Manager and had an initial interview. I was then interviewed again by the General Manager, Production Manager and our area Manager via Vid Com. I felt the questions were well thought out, and did a good job of getting thought provoking answers

the hiring process was pretty straight forward, it was an explination of the job as well as questions on previous employment in regards to the job at hand. The production manager really made me feel quite comfortable with the whole process.
