I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UniFirst (Pompano Beach, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had one interview with the district service supervisor. Very laid back atmosphere. I have a ride along scheduled for next week. After that, I would assume another interview.
The interview process is very thorough. They did a phone interview, then followed by a in office interview with a panel of managers. If they felt you are a good candidate they make you do a ride along to see what current drivers think of you. Very nice and helpful advice about current resume and how to do better in the future.
