I was interviewed virtually with two members of the department. This interview did not go very well as it was mostly the manager speaking about herself and how long she's worked there. I was only asked a total of one or two questions. I was also told I will be in office 3x a week while the rest of the team works 100% remotely. I was offered the job but declined due to the poor pay but mostly the poor interview process.
