Interview
When I arrived the uniqlo center, I have been allocated a candidate number. Then around twenty to thirty people are arranged to watch a video about uniqlo, followed by a presentation giving the detailed information about Fast Retailing which is the Group that Uniqlo belongs to.
After the presentation, we have been arranged in group of 4 to a small room interview with a senior officer of Uniqlo. The questions are very simple like introduce yourself, what is the main advantage and disadvantage of yourself that you may feel relevant to the company.
The interview is very short, each one take turn to answer these 3 questions then we are allowed to leave. However, when you successfully finished the first run interview, you need to do 180 hours intern as a normal salesperson in Uniqlo before you have the chance to get the second interview.

Too many stages (will take a month from the first stage to the last stage). First will be the Company Information Session where the managers will introduce the company and the program.
The woman's interview is so rude and impolite.
She separated the candidates she was interested in from those she was not.
If seeing the candidate is interesting, she will be highly active in asking you many things, and the tone will change. But the candidate is less interest, she will directly skip your speech and Impatient tone.
It make the interview become negative and unconformable.
