Interview
Had an in-person interview with Kyle in the Boston office which went well and I was invited back for a ride along day. After the ride along day I was told to take the night to decide if this job was something I would consider doing since my commute was pretty far, but I informed them I was planning on relocating anyways. I called Kyle back the next day and told him I was excited and ready for the next step in the interview process. To which I waited 4 days and received no response, I had to hear from the recruiter that he felt I wasn’t interested in the job. It seems like a good company to work for I’m just surprised the hiring manager couldn’t reach out to me and be a little more professional.

Interview
Very hands on interview process. 3 out of 4 parts of the interview require you to be in person. They want to see that you are outgoing and will go the extra mile to get the job.
Intro call with hr basic get to know you questions, 2nd call with sales manager, 3rd call with owner and had pitch something and try to sell them. It was a normal sales job interview process.
Long interview process, multiple rounds focused on background, current role, and how you’d add value. Conversational but thorough. Expect repetition across interviews and consistent questions on experience and whether or not you're a fit.
