Must be in the club to be given an opportunity to advance your career. Highly toxic work environment that only the club can survive. All others are outcast and beliefs of black folks are not considered.

Next day after application for invite to pre-recorded questions, took about one week for invite to 1-on-1 F2F (TEAMS). Have had great communication with me however there was only one day available for F2F so not much flexibility there.
