The interview process consists of three rounds: a recruiter screening, a technical interview, and a behavioral/cultural fit interview. The second round is a technical interview with the hiring manager and engineers, where I am tested on Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines, including a live coding or troubleshooting session. The final round is a behavioral interview with senior managers, where I discuss past projects, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. If successful, they proceed with the offer and background check.
