First, a virtual pre-recorded interview, then writing prompts, and lastly a face-to-face interview at Willis (Sears) tower. Very straight forward. Not sure how it is with COVID and team changes.
Submitted resume and filled out initial application. Next round, completed online video interview. Next round, completed online media assessment. Next round, interviewed by two staff members at offices for over an hour. Sent thank you and never heard back.
