Received a tcf a recruiter. Arranged a pre-interview call. The call was 30 minutes in length, over the phone. After this call, 1 wk later, interview OTP with the hiring manager. Honestly was one of the best interviews I’ve ever had. The interviewer was very down to earth which made the process that much better.

3 round interview. first call is with a recruiter, 2nd call is with the supervisor which is a 1 hour interview in which they provide acting scenario as if you where talking to a customer. I did not make it to the 3rd round.
