Lengthy online personality test when applying, one week later Phone interview with HR employee, one week later HR employee in-person interview then typing test and sales personality test, you need to be able to type a certain amount of words, I think 60 per minute was what they required. one week later in-person interview with manager then I got the offer a few days later
