Upon entering the location i was greeted by a supervisor. He explained the job title and duties. then i spoke with a quality assurance manager and he did a few test calls. he was in a room and i was in another. I was given a booklet of a few different types of calls and was told how to answer and close the call. Then he called the phone in the office about 3 different times to make sure i memorized the script correctly
