Quick 30 minute phone interview with the basic interview questions. Strengths, weaknesses, biggest challenges, etc. Only one round of interviews and was offered the job on the spot. Don't expect challenging questions, just want to get to know you.

Applied from posting on college's career board and received an email to set up an interview about a week later. Set up phone interview a week after that. Lasted about an hour. Interviewer was very nice and sociable. Questions were not too difficult but included a lot of, "Describe a time when you..." type questions that can prove tricky. Then went on to describe the company and position. I actually applied for a GIS position but they felt that they needed more QA/QC people immediately and asked if I would rather do that and I accepted after she explained the different positions.
