Interview
Applied from posting on college's career board and received an email to set up an interview about a week later. Set up phone interview a week after that. Lasted about an hour.
Interviewer was very nice and sociable. Questions were not too difficult but included a lot of, "Describe a time when you..." type questions that can prove tricky. Then went on to describe the company and position.
I actually applied for a GIS position but they felt that they needed more QA/QC people immediately and asked if I would rather do that and I accepted after she explained the different positions.
