I had a first interview over the phone with the headhunter who told me about the position. Then I had one interview with the direct manager over the phone. Then I had one interview face-to-face with the HR, the direct manager and the N+2 in the work office with associated travels expenses covered by the company. Good spirit and very professional behavior noticed so far from the employer. I recommend.
