I applied online at the beginning of my sophomore year at Vanderbilt. I received a call a few days later asking for me to come in and interview for the position. I was taken into a room and did a preliminary screening interview where they asked me standard behavioral questions and questions about my past experience. I then received a phone call a couple days later that they were very impressed and I got the job.
