Question 1
Interview questions were basic personality questions and had little to do with the responsibilities of the job. I can understand if my personality/race/gender/age ... was not a good fit for the job, team, department, but I would have appreciated a followup message to let me know. Instead, I received no response or follow up from the recruiter.
