Interview
I applied to a few roles online-- they all were variably different, but interesting Program Manager Roles. I received 2 email invites to complete the HireView process. One each for two different roles. I don't have a personal computer, so I ran to the store to buy one just for the opportunity (huge mistake). Anyway, I completed the hireview process, and hated every second of it. For the financial effort I put in, I felt I had to at least submit the responses. A few times I had to rework my answers just to fit in the short time limit, which kept leading to frustration. Once I submitted, I never heard back. It's left a sour taste in my mouth for the organization. I will not be completing anymore One Way Interviews.

They first ask with some logistics, whether you're comfortable relocating, if you're able to commute with a car, salary expectation. Then from there, you're asked some questions specific to program management background.

Interview
Received a Zoom interview within 2 weeks of applying. Received no follow-up interview and was told they would get back to me once they figured out a second round schedule. They never let me know position was moving forward nor that I was not selected. Found it rude that they ghosted me.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vanderbilt University in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied online, got the invitation to interview about a month after submitting my resume. Interview was an automated one way video recording interview. 6 questions, one minute time limit for each answer with unlimited attempts to re-record your answers before submitting. The time limit was a little short for some answers. This was my first ever one-way video interview so it was a little awkward, especially not being able to get live feedback from the hiring manager. I received an automatic rejection ~2 weeks after submitting the interview.
