The worst interview experience ever. I got an interview request on Monday and scheduled the phone screen on Wednesday. The recruiter accepted the interview schedule and said she will call my number at that time. However, she didn’t call me at all, even if I sent an email to her for rescheduling. She ghosted me without a reason. The company doesn’t respect its candidate’s time and experience at all and I feel really disappointed of that.
