Overall process was: 1. HR Screening Call 2. 1 hr interview with hiring manager 3. 45 min conversation with VP 4. 1 hr case presentation to 3 team member 5. 30 min call with SVP I made it to the 2nd stage - some notes -- The 1 hr interview with the hiring manager turned into a case interview. There was no heads up of this type of interview, so I had prepared for only behavioral. It was very unprofessional to not give a heads up Second, they let me know I had made it to the next stage (after HR screen), and then doubled back and asked me to detail my people management experience in an email - even after I had done so in the HR screen call. It was an overall disjoined and unprofessional experience. Management here is young, and it was clear they were looking for former consultants - they had my resume and knew that that was not my background.
