The interview process seemed good at first. However, it ultimately ended up being a big waste of time. Everything was going go great. Before scheduling the final interview, I asked the recruiter if there were any concerns. He said there was a concern about my production or API or something experience (was NOT clear at all), but that it was NOT a problem. In the final interview, I was never asked about this topic. Then I was told of the main reasons why I was rejected was because of this topic. This topic went from not being an issue, to all of a sudden being a major reason why I didn't get an offer. I asked and the recruiter even told me that they did NOT choose someone else over me. What's frustrating is that I wasted 2 hours by doing the final interview when it seems like there wasn't anything I could have done in that interview to have a different outcome.
